The Vacancy:

We have an exciting opportunity for a commercial surveyor to join us here at SNG, in the Compliance and Planned Works team within the Customer Services directorate.  

The role will consist of reviewing contracts, and budgets to the clients requirements ensuring financial control. Identifying opportunities to improve value for money, oversee implementation, ensuring that benefits are seen and monitored. 

You will not only work with the directors, heads of service and delivery teams you will also work with contractors and consultants partners across a full range of offered services.   

This role is based in our Wembley office and may be required to travel to alternative offices and properties throughout London and Hertfordshire.

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) was formed in October 2023 through the merger of Sovereign and Network Homes. Our purpose is to provide good, affordable homes: the foundation for a better life, and our vision is thriving communities, over generations.

This role is based with Sovereign Network Homes which covers London and the East and is a subsidiary of SNG. But publicly all colleagues are part of one SNG.
