• A salary of £33944.40 per annum plus an opportunity to earn additional stand by paid call out

Who are we looking for? Our ideal candidate:

• Has a full UK driving licence NVQ level two qualification in Joinery, a level 3 is desirable
• Has demonstrable experience of working as a Multiskilled Joiner on domestic properties and understands the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion and demonstrates this by treating colleagues and customers fairly and equitably
• Is able to demonstrate practical working knowledge of Health & Safety
• Has excellent customer-service skills

The main purpose of this role is to carry out repairs and maintenance work to First Choice Homes (FCHO) properties and any other properties for which FCHO is responsible for the repairs, including Public Buildings and any associated contracts. You will be expected to complete all repair and improvement works safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction in the first instance.
