We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the post of Development Programme Coordinator within Development Services, part of our Development Delivery Team.

Our Development Delivery Team, with the backing of a Strategic Partnership relationship with Home England are responsible for securing land and delivering an ambitious programme of high quality, multi-tenure, new build homes across both rural and urban locations. Our footprint covers the Northeast of England and Yorkshire, south from the Scottish border to the Humber, where diverse communities face differing opportunities and challenges.

This role will help drive further growth in new homes across our expanding Yorkshire geography.

 

About the role:

The Development Programme Coordinator will be supporting the programme and project management of Karbon’s development programme in the delivery of up to 600 new homes per annum across Northeast and Yorkshire. Providing high quality programme management support, coordinating strategic partnership submissions and assisting with new business bid submissions, PR and Marketing opportunities and providing high quality administrative support to the Development Delivery Team.

Acting as a positive member of the Development Services team, collaborating with internal & external stakeholders and colleagues across departments, supporting a culture that delivers results and service excellence, and promotes the Karbon values and brand.

  • Regular travel will be required.
  • 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
