We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Joiner to join and enhance our successful and growing Property Services Team working in our Responsive Repairs and Maintenance team.
About the role:
We are looking for a multi-skilled Joiner to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a multi-skilled Joiner to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.
You should have completed a recognised joinery trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience, and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of joinery works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components. You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and also have experience of the trade.
Customer service skills are essential for this role as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety. A full UK driving licence is essential.
