We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic individuals to undertake the post of Housing Officer within the Housing Services Team, with the skills and experience to deliver for our customers. Come and join our team!

• Housing Officer
• Permanent role
• Salary is £33,842 per annum (pending benchmarking) plus a Karbon car payment of £2,260 per annum
• Location: Based at Leeds or York
• Regular travel will be required
• 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
• Generous benefits package including 26 days annual leave on commencement rising to 31 days after 3 years’ service, occupational pension, health cash plan, and birthday leave, with the option of a flexible pot towards enhanced benefits. The Role of the Housing Officer:

As a Housing Officer you will provide an excellent housing and estate management service to our customers and communities. About you:

You’ll wow us with your enthusiasm and demonstrate that you have the ability, attitude and interpersonal skills to build strong and effective relationships with customers and colleagues and support the work of 54NH in our communities. It goes without saying that you will have good organisation, time management and ICT skills. But most importantly you will be great with people.
