We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Neighbourhood Housing Assistant in the Byker Team.

 

About the role:

The successful candidate will positively support the Byker Team in the delivery of estate-based services including administrative support in Tenancy and Estate Management, Allocations and Lettings and low level Anti-Social Behaviour.

A proven track record and knowledge of current housing legislation is desirable, but not essential as you will receive on-the job training for the role. In the role of Neighbourhood Housing Assistant you will deliver high quality, cost effective and customer focused services. Supporting the Byker Team in the delivery of tenancy and estate management services for general housing across the Byker community.

 

About you:

We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible person who is well organised, who can support a multi-functioning team delivering estate based services to our customers.

  • Location: Byker
  • 37 hours per week office based with some flexible working
