Join First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO)’s dynamic repairs team on a permanent basis, delivering repairs to a local customer base where you can really make a difference.

Carry out your duties as an Electrician in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures. Be part of an on-call Rota to cover Out of Hours breakdowns as required.

• A salary of £36,000 per annum plus an opportunity to earn additional stand by paid call out

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate:
 

• Has a full UK driving licence
• Is qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures), or equivalent
• Has a UKATA Asbestos Awareness certificate
• Has demonstrable experience of working as an electrician on domestic properties and
• Understands the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion and demonstrates this by treating colleagues and customers fairly and equitably
• Is able to demonstrate practical working knowledge of Health & Safety
• Has excellent customer-service skills
