About the Role:

The role of Repairs Planner is to provide a repair and change of tenancy service to our customers.

This includes:

  • Reactive repair scheduling/follow on appointments
  • Co-ordinating, planning and managing Operatives’ diaries
  • Change of tenancy/mutual exchange processing
  • Updating and maintaining records in line with the Scottish Social Housing Charter (ARC)
  • Liaising with tenants and Operatives
  • Prioritising and cross referencing data from multiple sources/systems

 

About You:

We are looking for a proactive team player with the ability to work in a fast paced role with constant collaboration with stakeholders, a high attention for detail and a solutions focused approach. You will have a passion for excellent customer service and have worked in a customer focused role.

You’ll also have strong IT skills and be able to prioritise, plan and organise your own workload. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
